Gamida Cell is a leader in advanced cellular therapies and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, with two FDA approved therapies, Omisirge® (omidubicel-onlv) and APHEXDA® (motixafortide). Omisirge® is a nicotinamide (NAM) modified allogeneic hematopoietic progenitor cell therapy that is potentially curative for patients with hematologic malignancies. APHEXDA® is a CXCR4 antagonist with long receptor occupancy indicated in combination with filgrastim to mobilize hematopoietic stem cells to the peripheral blood for collection and subsequent autologous transplantation in patients with multiple myeloma.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: serve as a customer-facing representative for transplant centers f
    • Manage TC onboarding and training
    • Act as liaison to IT for GCA system access.
    • Provide backup support to Cell Therapy Operations for stem cell lab training
  • Operational Excellence: Support maintaining GCA system for current TC users and accounts, support managing GCA system integrity
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, monitor progress, and identify risks or roadblocks, facilitating timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Cross Functional Support:
    • Participate in field POD meetings for proactive engagement.
    • Develop and distribute concise status reports, dashboards, or presentations that summarize project milestones, deliverables, and next steps for the broader team.
  • Other related duties, as assigned by direct manager

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills

  • College degree or higher in Science related major or equivalent work experience
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Hands-on professional experience in Biopharmaceuticals (2-3 years)
  • Ability to complete multiple, simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and prioritize incoming work appropriately.
  • GMP knowledge, MS Project or similar, SharePoint proficiency
  • Thrives in change, flexible and adaptable

Travel: 10%

Reports to: Director, Cell Therapy Operations and Patient Services

Base Salary Range: Gamida Cell considers a range of factors when determining base compensation and therefore the final compensation will vary depending on experience level.
